Omega 3, 6, and 9 fatty acids consist of what are called Omega supplements. The fatty acids are extremely healthy and beneficial for us, yet we aren't getting enough of them. Omega supplements are most commonly made up of a combination of fish oils and plant based oils, providing the body with all of the nutrients it could ever require. The most common form of omega supplement is Cod liver oil, which is rich in omega 3 fatty acids.
